Website for a global software engineering company

Prototypes

The significant amount of website content required an object-oriented design approach. We created a detailed prototype of the interface, which we used to test the associations between objects and user scenarios.
Visual attributes
While developing the design concept, we relied not only on corporate identity, but also on our experience developing content-heavy and media websites.
Icons
The corporate logo is a tangram. This tangram became the basis for the website's unique icons. These icons are used on text pages and printed materials, creating a unified design.
Quiz Page Design
Many applicants, including interns, visit the company's website. Together with our client, we created a quiz game which helps applicants learn about specific technologies, assess their technical mastery, and identify available open positions.
The quiz incorporates all the technologies DataArt uses. The more often a user plays levels related to a specific technology, the larger that area becomes, for quick access.
For each technology, the user has personal statistics that he or she can use to track progress. The user can also send results to the company for analysis.
After taking the quiz, the user receives statistics for each question with information about the answers of other participants. This allows users to analyze their results in comparison to other "players".

Derails and Cards
We worked out a system for the design of pictures and banners on the website: the format of the cards allowed us to systematize all the basic information about the objects.
Mobile version
For the mobile version, we focused on the principal usage scenarios and kept only those features essential for a mobile interface.
