SaaS platform that automates essential business processes

We were tasked with developing a system to make communication and information transfer between employees in different companies faster and easier.

The service has a role system. The administrator takes the main role. If necessary, he or she can manage all processes.

For the administrator, we also developed a special dashboard and statistics with metrics for all processes.

The administrator is also able to manage all accounts, assign staff, and monitor the status of all complaints.

Other system roles include bank, processor, and merchant.

The bank needs a system to create claims by clicking on files and sending them to multiple processors or merchants.

Merchants and processors respond to claims. The system includes features which allow for quick answers, provide notifications, and track deadlines -- all in support of providing superior customer service.

To aid the administrator we developed a system to present statistics as graphs (as a secondary means of statistics delivery).
